1. Legal Framework
These terms are established under the Employment Act of Uganda (2006) and Statutory Instruments. By applying, you acknowledge a legally binding agreement.
2. Document Integrity
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Candidates must provide authentic Interpol clearance, academic papers, and medical history.
3. Financial Transparency
All fees follow approved guidelines. Registration fees (UGX 54,000) cover administrative profiling and are non-refundable.
4. Embassy Jurisdictions
The Agency has no authority over foreign embassies. A visa denial based on embassy policy does not constitute a failure of service by the Agency.
5. On-Site Welfare
We provide 24/7 welfare monitoring for 2 years. We intervene via the Labor Attaché if contract breaches occur abroad.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Withdrawal after a visa has been filed results in forfeiture of the deposit. We do not refund money for visa rejection or denial, as embassies do not refund processing fees.
7. Privacy & Security
Biometric data and passport info are encrypted. Data is shared only with MGLSD and authorized foreign partners.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Absconding or illegal activities abroad terminate Agency liability and will be reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
